Oh wow, talk about being late to the party. We should have had this week’s Nintendo downloadables posted for all to see earlier today, but the regular guy called in sick – so you get me. Not so bad really, especially since those looking for some virtual love from Nintendo will not be disappointed

Bayonetta kicking out a demo

A sampling of Bayonetta’s carefully crafted backside will be up for grabs at some point in the future, director Hideki Kamiya and producer Yusuke Hashimoto from developer Platinum Games said at a Sega-hosted preview event in Japan (the event was called “ Feel Bayonetta” by the way).

Dark Void gets pre-order bling

Capcom has announced a straight out gameplay-altering pre-order incentive for their upcoming jetpack-powered sci-fi action-adventurer Dark Void — a downloadable golden jetpack that comes with unlimited boost ability, allowing players to “fly faster, avoid enemy fire, run down your foes and own the battlefield – all with unlimited turbo boost and special moves!” As we’ve gotten used to by now, the deal applies to those who pre-order the game from GameStop only. The announcement came with the (not funny) infomercial-type video above, which seem to becoming more popular these days. The game’s out mid-January , with added features thanks to the delay

GTA IV: Episodes Boxart Revealed

Rockstar Games has shared some information with us regarding the box art for the upcoming release of the  GTA IV : Episodes Pack ,which will include The Lost & Damned and The Ballard of Gay Tony . This pack will be only available in retail stores for $40, and it doesn’t require Xbox LIVE or the GTA IV disc. If you already own The Lost & Damned : don’t worry: The Ballard of Gay Tony will be available on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace as a separate entity as well! The Ballard of Gay Tony is due October 29th, and will be available for $20: so start saving up!
